Cobalt is partnered with a prestigious real estate firm seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a high-profile portfolio in the West End. The portfolio includes a mix of commercial and residential assets, offering a unique opportunity to manage diverse property types in a prime location.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations across the portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery for both commercial and residential tenants.
  • Overseeing all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, security, and health and safety compliance.
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and strong relationships.
  • Developing and managing service charge budgets and ensuring financial compliance across the portfolio.
  • Implementing sustainability initiatives and ensuring adherence to environmental standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining the highest standards in both commercial and residential settings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and services effectively. Experience in both commercial and residential property management is preferred, along with IOSH certification.
