Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations across the portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery for both commercial and residential tenants.
- Overseeing all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, security, and health and safety compliance.

- Developing and managing service charge budgets and ensuring financial compliance across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and services effectively. Experience in both commercial and residential property management is preferred, along with IOSH certification.
