We are partnering with a prestigious corporate bank in London to find a talented Facilities Manager for a fixed-term contract role for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and maintain the bank's facilities while working in a hybrid role, with 3 days a week on-site.

Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank's facilities, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
  • Manage building maintenance, cleaning, security, and other operational services.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective service delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and manage a small facilities team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor and control facilities budgets, ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
  • Coordinate office moves, space planning, and refurbishment projects in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards within the facilities.

Profile

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management within a corporate or banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and third-party suppliers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment, managing both remote and in-office responsibilities.
