Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team and oversee the successful operation of our brand new office space located in London's EC3 district.THE BUSINESSMy client is in the Insurance space and provide their clients with insurance and reinsurance services on a global basis, they pride themselves on providing a quality and bespoke service to their brokers and clients.   • Ensuring the daily functioning of the clients reception area, fostering a welcoming environment 
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors 
  • Managing operational expenditures budgets 
  • Collaborating with the clients landlord 
  • Championing a culture of safety, maintaining H&S protocols end to end
  • Office repairs, refurbishments and renovations 
  • Contributing to initiatives to continuously enhance the office environment
EXPERIENCE
  • Track record of success in facilities or premises management
  • In-depth understanding of building upkeep and maintenance 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in procurement 
  • Strong financial literacy and budgeting 
  • Ability to synthesize information from diverse sources
  • Microsoft Office 
  • Collaborative spirit, you will be able to lead and motivate others
  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional time management and organisation
