My client are a top Law firm based in the heart of the city and they are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their established facilities team. You will be responsible for day to day operational facilities management across multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a senior coordinator looking for the next step.

The role

Facilities Management across regional offices
Budget planning, forecasting and tracking
Presenting reports on services lines and reporting back to senior colleagues
Reporting on contractual commitments

Requirements

BIFM 4 or above or FM Ops experience
NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
Extensive FM experience
Willing to travel between regional offices a couple of times a month
Team player
