- Manage programme of remedial, cyclical and planned maintenance works.
- Manage the 5-year property maintenance plan.
- Support the Senior Management team with the executing of property capital projects and expenditure.

- Significant and relevant facilities management experience (hard and soft services).
- BIFM, IRWFM, RICS, NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications or equivalent.
- Excellent M&E knowledge, and sound experience of building construction.
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written and IT literate.
- Ability to manage a varied and extensive workload with fast moving priorities.
- Ability to work on multi-site properties in Great Portland Street, Kennington and Balham.
- Highly customer service orientated and delivery focused.
- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary team and manage specialist service providers.
- Experience in budget management and departmental business planning.
- Hours of Work The average working week is 40 hours per week with flexibility to cover the on-call rota. Salary & Benefits Salary £55,000-60,000 per annum, depending on experience + on-call supplement, Holiday entitlement 20 days holidays plus bank holidays rising at the rate of 1 extra day for each year worked, up to a maximum of 30 days.
