Our client, a global IT services company in central London is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead a team, ensuring collaboration and drive operational excellence through strong supplier management and KPI tracking.
You will be based in the London site but also manage two further sites in England. With the possibility of further sites opening in time, experience of office moves and set up is required.
As Facilities Manager, you will be working in a dynamic, fast moving global environment and need versatility and strong project management and stakeholder liaison experience.
Duties include.
You will be responsible for physical security systems such as access control, alarms, and surveillance, leading office renovations and relocations, and drive sustainability initiatives, including ISO’s, to support ESG goals.
- Establish and implement KPIs in critical areas such as Hard FM, physical security, safety, sustainability, supplier performance, and space management.
- Monitor KPI performance and follow up on areas requiring improvement, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Supervise safety risk assessments, ensuring compliance and tracking progress through KPI-driven metrics.
- Manage and follow up on supplier performance using KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead office expansions, ensuring key milestones are met and tracking progress.
- Oversee budget planning and tracking, ensuring efficient use of resources across Facility Management projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Facility Management strategies with organizational priorities.
- Managing the Facility Management area to ensure the organisation efficiently handles current challenges.
Skills and requirements
- 5 years Facilities Management Experience
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting KPIs for operational performance
- Proven expertise in project management with a strong focus on workplace experience and follow-up in critical areas.
