My client are a top Law firm based in the heart of the city and they are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their established facilities team. You will be responsible for day to day operational facilities management across multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a senior coordinator looking for the next step.
The role
- Facilities Management across regional offices
- Budget planning, forecasting and tracking
- Presenting reports on services lines and reporting back to senior colleagues
- Reporting on contractual commitments
Requirements
- BIFM 4 or above or FM Ops experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
- Extensive FM experience
- Willing to travel between regional offices a couple of times a month
- Team player
