We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Management Officer to work within a Law enforcement organisation based near Charring Cross. 36hrs pw, Monday - Friday, some weekend work possible at times but not frequently. Start asap (dependent on vetting) for 6 months with a view to extend. £13.99ph.

Duties:

Help Desk

· Dealing with bookings for travel, couriers, car hire, stationery orders, and updating internal spreadsheets.

· Liaison with the Landlord's building managers to ensure that maintenance requests are passed on and followed up to a successful conclusion, escalating matters where necessary.

Office Support

o Setting up of conference and meeting room facilities.

o Movement of post, stationery and photo copier paper, case material and goods to appropriate people.

o Issue of Court Passes, MFD log-in cards and temporary building passes.

o Monitoring service areas and ordering stock as necessary.

o Escorting Non-employee's members whilst within the premises (i.e., Maintenance, can be out of hours and weekends if required)

o General housekeeping to keep all floors clear of clutter including removal of waste materials (i.e., cardboard) not located within the bins or covered by Cleaners contract.

o Completing other tasks as requested by the Commercial/FM team as required.
