Are you a hands-on maintenance professional looking to make an impact? We’re seeking a Facilities Technican to help maintain high standards across our offices and properties. From planned and unplanned maintenance tasks to managing minor projects, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly while continuously improving our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve building fabric systems across various offices.

  • Handle minor projects like decorating, plumbing, and project management.

  • Respond to Facilities Help Desk requests with timely, professional service.

  • Supervise contractors and manage materials, sourcing and cost control.

  • Create weekly and ad-hoc reports to track progress and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in building fabric maintenance (joinery, carpentry, plumbing).

  • A proactive, self-starter with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.

  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
