- Senior-level experience in property and facilities management, ideally within industrial or commercial portfolios.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams at a strategic level.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, BIFM) are desirable.
