Salary: £27,000

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our client, a highly successful Market Research company. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will be supporting with facilities and tech support for company meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of meeting rooms and hospitality areas
  • Handle inquiries and requests.
  • Manage and maintain audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms
  • Working closely with the facilities manager on any issues and building maintenance
  • Provide catering support
  • Assist with new staff induction
  • Prepare monthly staff attendance
  • Assist in health and safety reporting
  • Support the marketing team with the UK Info email box.
  • Distribute early morning catering.
  • Perform general ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
