Are you a Senior Facilities Manager or similar from an Engineering background seeking an extraordinary opportunity to lead the Facilities Management Team at one of the world's most prestigious estates?

Join the operational forefront at the Royal Households, managing the Royal Estates within the Kings Palaces in London. Your leadership will ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, maintain the heritage of buildings such as Buckingham Palace and support the Royal Family's high-profile events and daily operations.

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management of all specialist term contracts and planned maintenance. You'll ensure effective supplier management and drive performance improvement across both Hard & Soft FM contracts, all while ensuring that high standards of heritage preservation and modern operational needs are met.

Your role is crucial in leading the Facilities Team to deliver exemplary service and support. You will manage a range of demanding stakeholder relationships and ensure that maintenance and improvement projects are completed to the highest standards. Your strategic decisions will directly impact the preservation and evolution of these historic estates.
