Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading main contractor based in Brixton
Day to day duties:
- Oversee day-to-day repairs contract and maintenance works across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and up to standards.
- Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Repairs or Maintenance Supervisor, within social housing.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Trade background, Driving licence and SSSTS are essential
