£42,000 pro rata
Contract (Fixed-Term 9 months, 35 hours per week.)

Are you a proactive and highly organised professional? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Maintenance Surveyor!
In this busy and varied role, you will leverage your experience in responsive maintenance (ideally within social housing) to manage repairs, inspections, and contractor relationships with confidence. Working closely with a small in-house maintenance team, you will manage reactive repairs, assess property issues, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Essentials:
- ONC/HNC qualification in Surveying.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proactive.
- Highly organised.
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a responsive maintenance role (ideally in a social housing environment).
- Confident in managing repairs, inspections, and contractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure properties, including homes, commercial spaces, and public areas, are well maintained and compliant.
- Managing reactive repairs.
- Assessing property issues.
- Ensuring cost-effective solutions.
