Mobilization Facilities Manager, London, Mayfair, c£50/52k, One Year Fixed Term Contract
Our client, a leading provider of FM services, is recruiting a Mobilization Lead Facilities Manager. The project is a new 6 star retail, restaurant and casino development, currently at final stages of construction, in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a 12 month contract to get facilities management contracts at the site mobilized and running smoothly to an exceptional standard
The successful candidate will need first class communication skills to build strong relationships with tenants, managing agents, stakeholders and the landlord. You will have experience of mobilizing Facilities Management contracts and ensuring that the hard and soft service subcontractors operate in a safe and effective manner.
An April start is essential.
This is initially a fixed term contract, employed direct with our client. Salary is c£50-52k with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
