About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Mobilisation Manager to join our clients team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring seamless transitions from award to full operational status. Working with one of the industry's leading service providers, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class mobilisation strategies that meet client expectations and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute mobilisation plans for new contracts, ensuring smooth transitions.

Oversee resource planning, recruitment, and training of personnel.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety requirements.

Establish and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align mobilisation activities.

Manage budgets and procurement to ensure cost-effective mobilisation.

Implement and integrate technology solutions such as CAFM systems.

Monitor and report on progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.

Conduct post-mobilisation reviews and handover to operational teams.
