Multi Trade Craftsman / Carpenter
Basic Salary 40k (subject to experience) + Company Van + Bonus/Profit Share + Benefits
Location - Chelsea / Kensington / West London
Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi-Trade Craftsman / Carpenter to join a very good client of ours within the Property Services industry.
Our client offer a 5 star service and work mainly within high-end properties, luxury homes and multi-million pound residential properties around the South West London area. Working in locations such as Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Fulham etc.
Job Role:
- We are seeking a Multi Trader, ideally with a Carpentry bias and to join our clients repair and maintenance side of the business.
- Responsible for repair and replacements of things like doors, locks, windows etc.
- Minor electrical repairs, plumbing work, plastering, minor brickwork etc.
- You'll need to be comfortable working in a mobile position and going property to property.
Skills Required:
- Hold qualifications such as; NVQ or City and Guilds certificates.
- You'll need to have similar experience as a Multi-Trader working in domestic and residential properties, ideally in similar expensive and luxury properties.
- Good carpentry skills, experience and qualifications.
- UK driving licence.
Salary and Package:
- 40k Basic Salary, Fully Employed
- Company Van
- Profit Share
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank
- 40 hour standard working week, Monday to Friday
