  • Oversee the smooth running of the front of house service
  • Contractual negotiation with various providers
  • Manage all elements relating to office maintenance, managing service level agreements
  • Budget management
  • Landlord liaison
  • Support with on-boarding - office tour, H&S induction
  • Support on office projects
  • Arrange insurance for the office
  • Act as H&S Officer for the company
