We are on the hunt for a dynamic and business savvy Operations Manager to join a rapid-growth, world class business services provider based in Central London.

Supporting the Chief of Staff / Operations Director and CEO, the Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company’s operations.

Suitable candidates must be passionate and focused and have impeccable communication skills, an incredibly organised nature, a professional demeanour and the ability and tenacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and client-focused office environment.

Key responsibilities as the Operations Manager will include:

  • Collaborating with the Chief of Staff / Operations Director and CEO, understanding their vision, business plans and long term business objectives
  • Ensuring seamless communication with staff
  • Assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies
  • Driving business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of operational activities and projects
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, clients, partners and other stakeholders
  • Supporting the implementation of new processes or systems, helping to enhance organisational efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records of all operational activities
  • Preparing reports, presentations and documentation as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable success in operational roles
  • Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally in a business related subject
  • Impeccably organised nature and strong multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels - fluent English required
  • Strong project management experience
  • Line management / supervisory experience is required with experience of undertaking performance reviews / appraisals
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to take on challenges and think outside the box to solve issues or problems
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • IT literate - strong MS Office skills needed
  • Focused, organised, self-motivated, flexible and dynamic nature
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Desire to go above and beyond
  • Committed to working on-site Monday - Friday (hybrid / remote working isn’t available)
