A leading co-working company requires an experienced Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all back-of-house activities while driving to maintain the highest level of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

? Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address and resolve member issues and requests; maintain a high level of member satisfaction by ensuring the seamless operation of all back-of-house activities with a strong focus on hospitality.

? Lead the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the entire facility; coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and services.

? Support with procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies, equipment, and materials; monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure adequate stock.

? Oversee the logistics of deliveries, shipments, and storage management; coordinate space

planning and allocation for events, meetings, and office relocations.

? Lead and train team to ensure high performance and efficiency; develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices with a focus on driving the highest level of hospitality.

? Manage member back-end items such as monthly invoicing audits and debt management.

? Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software and systems

Skills and Experience

? Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in a hospitality or coworking environment.

? Strong leadership and team management skills.

? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.

? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
