Due to the natural growth of the business, they are looking for an Operations Manager to join their commercial team.What you'll be doing?As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of daily business operations, reporting to the Business Manager. Key responsibilities include overseeing health and safety, facilities management, procurement, and systems administration while supporting broader strategic initiatives. The role involves managing compliance, supplier relationships, and administrative processes such as bookkeeping and expense tracking. Additional duties include implementing digital tools to improve operational efficiency, ensuring facilities are safe and well-maintained, and leading procurement activities to uphold quality and ethical standards.What they are looking for?

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, with a master’s degree being advantageous, and has proven operational management experience, particularly in sustainability, biotech, or tech-driven environments.
