An exciting opportunity has become available within an established and successful Single-Family Office who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in London.

Working closely with external and internal stakeholders, including the Principal and their family, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and supervision of the family’s personal operations and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and maintenance of properties, including third-party contractor oversight and management.
  • Operational management of family and rental properties including the management of household staff.
  • Family administration, including travel, insurance, visa applications, and ad-hoc requests
  • Personal asset management as well as project management across lifestyle assets, including maximising income from certain assets
  • Managing operational budgets and invoices
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests from family members.
  • Managing and organizing historical and current data

Requirements

  • Project management skills and delivery focused.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and creative skills.
  • A motivated, high EQ and low ego professional, who can quickly adapt to an entrepreneurial environment where teamwork and agility are key.
  • An excellent communicator with demonstrable ability to consolidate and report information in a clear, timely, transparent and prepared in an organised way.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
