We are currently looking for a Residential Property Manager. You will be working based in Docklands (E14). This is looking to start ASAP.

Monday - Friday

09:00am - 17:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £17.25ph paye or £21.31ph umbrella

Job Purpose

Overseeing the upkeep and appearance of common areas
Ensuring that shared facilities (e.g., elevators, lighting, security systems) are regularly maintained and in proper working order
Coordinating with cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance teams for ongoing care of communal spaces
Addressing and resolving any issues related to building safety and structural integrity, such as fire safety measures, pest control, and regular inspections
Acting as a liaison between residents and service providers for communal maintenance issues, and addressing concerns related to noise, repairs, or building services
Signposting and referring residents to appropriate authorities or teams for anti-social behavior (ASB) reports while ensuring communal harmony and safety are maintained
