We are currently looking for a Residential Property Manager. You will be working based in Docklands (E14). This is looking to start ASAP.

Monday - Friday

09:00am - 17:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £17.25ph paye or £21.31ph umbrella

Job Purpose

  • Overseeing the upkeep and appearance of common areas
  • Ensuring that shared facilities (e.g., elevators, lighting, security systems) are regularly maintained and in proper working order
  • Coordinating with cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance teams for ongoing care of communal spaces
  • Addressing and resolving any issues related to building safety and structural integrity, such as fire safety measures, pest control, and regular inspections
  • Acting as a liaison between residents and service providers for communal maintenance issues, and addressing concerns related to noise, repairs, or building services
  • Signposting and referring residents to appropriate authorities or teams for anti-social behavior (ASB) reports while ensuring communal harmony and safety are maintained
