My client is seeking an FM / cleaning site supervisor for a high end residential development in Elephant & Castle: -

Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm

£30k per year

25 days holiday

  • Check cleaning equipment condition.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace working closely with the sites FM.
  • Understanding of COSHH and data sheets and keeping compliant.
  • Word and excel to user level - implementing new schedules & procedures
  • Handle reassignment of tasks when needed.
  • Identify training needs for all cleaning staff.
  • Implement work plans.
  • Inspect work done by the cleaning team this includes external deep cleans where machines such as jet washing, scrubber dryers and reach and wash systems are used
  • Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety
  • Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
  • Plan out work schedule for cleaners.
  • Provide help and guidance to immediate reports.
  • Solve operational problems and make decisions.
  • Submit daily cleanliness report.
  • Train cleaners on service standards

Maintenance division

Not looking for a technical person when it comes to maintenance but more of a person who can check the quality of work such as painting jobs and making sure the standards are at a good level training will be giving on this.
