We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sports and Leisure Officer to oversee the daily operations of our sports and leisure facility. You will ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards, provide excellent customer service, and support the Sport and Leisure Manager in implementing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient operation of the leisure facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Provide visible leadership, supervising and motivating staff to deliver high-quality service.

Assist with setting up and maintaining activity areas while ensuring customer needs are met.

Maintain operational standards, records, and financial procedures in line with regulations.

Administer First Aid as required.
Requirements:

Professional qualifications, including First Aid.

Knowledge of industry legislation, health and safety regulations, and customer expectations for leisure facilities.

Experience in sport and leisure facility operations with a proven ability to achieve results.

Strong teamwork, leadership, and customer service skills.

Ability to handle maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
