  • Lead and inspire the Front of House team - from mentoring to performance reviews
  • Create a stunning yet functional workplace environment that impresses all
  • Master supplier relationships and negotiations for top service at competitive costs
  • Coordinate seamlessly with building management for access and essential works
  • Be the office superhero - solving problems before most know they exist
  • Champion health and safety compliance with practical, effective solutions
  • Manage budgets strategically, balancing expense control with quality
  • Partner with the COO on insurance, projects and strategic initiatives
  • Design smooth onboarding experiences for new team members
  • Extend your expertise to support their other offices 
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Experience managing a high-class office environment, with a track record of effective budget management
  • Examples of exercising sound judgement and facilitating decision making among multiple parties
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and personal resilience to work to strict timelines
