- Lead and inspire the Front of House team - from mentoring to performance reviews
- Create a stunning yet functional workplace environment that impresses all
- Master supplier relationships and negotiations for top service at competitive costs
- Coordinate seamlessly with building management for access and essential works
- Be the office superhero - solving problems before most know they exist
- Champion health and safety compliance with practical, effective solutions
- Manage budgets strategically, balancing expense control with quality
- Partner with the COO on insurance, projects and strategic initiatives
- Design smooth onboarding experiences for new team members
- Extend your expertise to support their other offices
- Experience managing a high-class office environment, with a track record of effective budget management
- Examples of exercising sound judgement and facilitating decision making among multiple parties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and personal resilience to work to strict timelines
- An approachable, supportive, and friendly demeanor with willingness to approach the role with humility
- Highly organised and structured, taking a project management approach to work
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to act promptly
- Highly IT literate and able to use modern project management tools (Asana, Slack, Outlook)
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be highly beneficial
