Our client are looking for a Customer Excellence Specialist to join their Central London team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage client relationships for luxury developments, ensuring a flawless experience that meets the highest expectations. This role is a Monday-Friday 9-6 position with needed flexibility for 1-2 Saturdays a month that you get back in lieu.

What will you be doing?
- Responding to client enquiries about property developments, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Updating and managing records in our CRM system, making sure follow-ups are timely and communication is clear.
- Organising and coordinating meetings between clients and the sales team when needed.
- Guiding clients through their journey, from signing contracts to completing their purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Providing regular updates on construction milestones and developments to keep clients in the loop, answering questions about build progress and timelines.
