- Coordinating and organising events from start to finish
- Preparing documentation and board packs
- Written content creation and correspondence
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring all material is provided
- Oversee outreach campaigns and logistics
- Managing mailing lists and, follow-ups, and RSVPs
- Experience in financial services firms (particularly PE) or broader professional services industry
- Experience in event coordination and/or exposure to investor relations
- Fluent in French
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
