The role
The Senior Associate / Associate will play a key role in driving performance across the asset and portfolio lifecycle— from acquisition and development through to stabilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead portfolio level investment and asset management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop investment recommendations and presentations based on commercial insights.
- Manage asset business plans, operating budgets, and financial performance.
- Provide financial analysis on asset development and operations to guide senior leadership and investors.
- Lead stakeholder communication, engaging with investors, lenders, and customers.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across investments, finance, operations, and development.
Skills & Experience required:
- 5+ years in commercial real estate, asset management, or development.
- Data centre or large logistics asset experience is preferred.
- Strong financial modelling ability, proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of driving asset performance.
