The role

The Senior Associate / Associate will play a key role in driving performance across the asset and portfolio lifecycle— from acquisition and development through to stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead portfolio level investment and asset management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop investment recommendations and presentations based on commercial insights.
  • Manage asset business plans, operating budgets, and financial performance.
  • Provide financial analysis on asset development and operations to guide senior leadership and investors.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, engaging with investors, lenders, and customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across investments, finance, operations, and development.

Skills & Experience required:

  • 5+ years in commercial real estate, asset management, or development.
  • Data centre or large logistics asset experience is preferred.
  • Strong financial modelling ability, proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving asset performance.
