Digital Project Manger - Contact Centres - Pensions experience
My client are looking for a Digital Project Manager with experience of previously working for a Pensions company to work on a 3 month initial remote contract with some ad hoc travel. The role will be looking for a Project Manager to work on the delivery of Contact Centre's.
Key Skills
- Delivery of Contact Centre specific workstreams which will integrate AWS (Contact solution) with MS dynamics product suite including:
- Telephony: Core capability for telephony configured for client specific deliveries
- Chat/Chatbot: Core Chatbot and Webchat (agent assist) capability for voice configured for client specific deliveries
- WFM: Workforce management for contact centre
- Delivery of Internal web application/solution to provide:
- Account Management, Contact Management and Case Management for Pensions administrators
- Knowledge Base, Interactions Management and Marketing for Digital Engagement Team
- Delivery of Member Mobile App:
- Uses the functionality/core journeys from broader Digital Product deliveries as a basis for a broader roll out across Pensions
