About the Company

They also provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs, offering expert guidance in foreign exchange management.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Cold-call UK businesses to source and generate potential new clients 
  • Maintain contact with potential clients via Phone and Email 
  • Build an active list of potential corporate clients 
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the company and the products and services they provide 
  • Record and maintain accurate client data on their CRM 
  • Successfully convert leads into registered clients, which are then passed on to the dealing  team to manage going forward 

Required Experience: 

  • Previous telesales experience 
  • Making high volumes of telephone calls a day 
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain client relationships 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Highly motivated, proactive and uses own initiative to overcome obstacles and solve  problems  

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous foreign exchange and international payments experience
