Reward Manager

I have partnered with an iconic listed retail business who are looking for a Reward Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for Senior Reward Analysts and / or Reward Analysts looking for a step up into a Manager role. You will be working closely with the Head of Reward to support on the delivery of the organisations compensation and benefits strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Reward on cyclical reward processes such as, annual salary and bonus review.
  • Lead of benefits renewals, implementations of any changes and introduction of new benefits.
  • Ownership of bonus calculations, communication of bonuses and bonus reporting.
  • Lead on salary surveys and benefits surveys.
  • Job evaluation and benchmarking exercises using the Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  • Working closely with and communicating with senior stakeholders and the leadership team.
  • Supporting the international team with any reward requirements.
  • Working closely with the Head of Reward on various reward projects.


About the person:

  • Previous experience in a reward role, ideally having exposure to both compensation and benefits.
  • Experience working in a company with hourly paid employees.
  • Highly analytical with excellent excel skills.
  • Great communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience using the Willis Towers Watson methodology for benchmarking.
  • International exposure is advantageous.
