I have partnered with a global data organisation who are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the team. Working closely with the Reward Manager and Head of Reward you will be delivering on cyclical compensation processes as well as project work for the organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Support on the annual salary and bonus review process.
* Lead on the implementation of the sales incentive plan, partnering with various internal stakeholders.
* Complete gender pay gap reporting and the submission of compensation surveys.
* Salary benchmarking.
* Conduct data analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
About the candidate:
* Previous experience in a reward role and having completed at least 2 annual pay review cycles.
* International experience is advantageous.
* Excellent excel skills with prior experience working with large data sets.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Exposure to sales incentive plans is advantageous.
