400 - 500 p/day
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join one of the world's leading technology organisations as a Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst where you will be creating reports focused on Incident and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Generating monthly incident and change management reports.
- Creating reports to showcase trends and themes related to incident and change within the firm.
- Creating reports for C-Level executives and stakeholders.
- Analysing trends/themes within the firm and providing possible resolutions.
- Working with developers to build and automate dashboards to meet senior leadership requirements.
Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Analyst working in an enterprise environment
- Proven experience communicating with C-Level executives and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3+ years of financial services experience (essential)
- Experience building reporting dashboards in tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
- Proven experience creating dashboards/reports with SQL.
- Highly proficient with Excel (including advanced formulas macros)
