Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This key role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an understanding of debit memo trends, and the ability to provide recommendations for process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Communicate directly with service delivery managers and designated contacts to research and resolve debit memo issues.

Liaise with vendors as needed to resolve client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain and track monthly reporting for debit memos, including payout amounts.

Analysis and Reporting:

Provide in-depth analysis of debit memo trends and root causes.

Present findings and offer actionable recommendations for training and process improvements.

Collaborate with Service Delivery leaders to ensure the timely closure of open cases.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Demonstrate leadership within the team by proactively offering support and constructive feedback when appropriate.

Work closely with peers, provide solutions to complex problems, and escalate issues when necessary.

Support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement across operations.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with strong knowledge of Sabre GDS.

Proven ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively.

Leadership Abilities:

Ability to lead by example, supporting peers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of key initiatives and change management practices.

Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.

Demonstrated capacity to offer constructive feedback and guide team members toward performance improvement.
