What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Car Sales Experience: You must have previous car sales experience and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

  • Customer-Centric: You'll go above and beyond to ensure each customer's buying experience is nothing short of exceptional.

  • Team Player: While you'll be focused on your own sales targets, you'll also be a vital part of a supportive team led by the General Sales Manager and Head of Business.

  • Franchise Dealer Experience: While not essential, previous experience with a franchised main dealer will put you at an advantage.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: Basic salary + commission, with a realistic OTE of £60,000 (and top earners making £65,000+).

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy great hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am - 5pm, and Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am - 4pm (on a rota basis with a day off in lieu for working Saturdays).
