Fantastic opportunity to join a leading law firm in the City as part of their Talent Acquisition Team for trainee lawyers. Salary to £50k plus superb benefits package. Hybrid working.

If you have experience in Early Careers / Talent Acquisition in a law firm or similar professional services, this could be the ideal role for you. Reporting to a Senior Manager and working alongside one other Early Careers Adviser, the role offers plenty of variety and opportunity for full involvement in all aspects of the early careers recruitment process including -

  • Attending online careers fairs, open days and similar events
  • Managing the firm's social media channels to attract the top talent
  • Liaising with the Marketing team
  • Acting as first point of contact for prospective Trainee Lawyers
  • Responding to queries
  • Screening and reviewing applications
  • Utilising the ATS and updating as necessary
  • Providing feedback to applicants and assisting with the offer process
  • Oversee the Vacation Schemes
  • Assisting with monitoring the departmental budget
  • Assisting with onboarding, inductions, appraisals and the qualification process
  • Ad hoc projects

You will require experience of Early Careers / Talent Acquisition in a law firm or similar environment such as accountancy. You will also need excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and social media), a proactive, positive attitude and the confidence to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

This is a professional, supportive team which is an integral part of the wider Human Resources team of the firm.
