The Role: Job Title: Early Careers Assistant Salary: £36,000 (DoE)Location: London – Hybrid working What would I be doing day to day? Key duties:

Play a key role supporting the lifecycle of Trainees across the firm, from application to qualification.
Support the HR advisor to manage seat rotations and manage end of rotation reviews.
Work with the wider HR team to collate feedback and present to necessary stakeholders to influence performance reviews, salary reviews, and trainee initiatives.
Become a trusted assistant to Trainees whilst remaining confidential and professional, to pre-empt performance or other employee relations issues.
Support on ad hoc wider People focused projects.

What is the company looking for?

1+ years’ experience in Early Careers, HR or L&D in a legal or professional services firm is essential
A genuine and demonstrable interest in supporting Trainees
Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with key stakeholders and Trainees
Proven ability to work with absolute discretion and high professionalism
A good team player and culture champion !
