Early Careers Manager

Early Careers Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and recruitment for all London based Trainees
- Manage and run the London based Vacation Schemes
- Provide comprehensive support to future Trainees preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE)
- Manage the seat rotation process with the Early Careers Partners
- Manag Trainee client secondments
- Responsible for the annual application and selection process for trainees qualifying as E&W solicitors
- Manage the ongoing development of the London based Trainees
Early Careers Manager Skills & Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in Early Careers within a law firm
- Degree educated
- Previous highly ranked law firm experience
