Early Careers Manager

Fantastic opportunity at an award-winning US law firm, who is looking to hire an Early Careers Manager – ideally someone stepping up from Senior Advisor/Advisor level where you have had management of the Trainees and are looking for that Manager level role.  This role would be perfect for someone looking to join an inclusive and collegiate culture where you will forge a career rather than just a job!

Early Careers Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and recruitment for all London based Trainees
  • Manage and run the London based Vacation Schemes
  • Provide comprehensive support to future Trainees preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE)
  • Manage the seat rotation process with the Early Careers Partners
  • Manag Trainee client secondments
  • Responsible for the annual application and selection process for trainees qualifying as E&W solicitors
  • Manage the ongoing development of the London based Trainees

Early Careers Manager Skills & Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in Early Careers within a law firm
  • Degree educated
  • Previous highly ranked law firm experience
