This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a leading public sector organisation in London as a Graduate Scheme Sourcing and Early Talent Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates and managing the graduate scheme for the organisation based within the Human Resources department. This role will initially be on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Description

The successful Graduate Scheme Sourcing and Early Talent Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Developing and designing marketing and attraction materials for the scheme, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Writing and posting engaging adverts that are strategically placed, are on brand in line with best practice.
  • Designing an application process, including an assessment centre day, that utilises high-validity methods to ensure selection of the most high-potential candidates.
  • Coordinating the selection process (including shortlisting, assessment centres and panel interviews).
  • Organising attendance at University Careers Fairs and representing the organisation at these fairs where required.
  • Contributing to the development of Graduate Scheme cohorts, including facilitating workshops and managing external training providers.

Profile

The successful Graduate Scheme Sourcing and Early Talent Advisor will have a previous experience in leading or supporting an early careers or graduate development programme.

Excellent communication skills are essential.

Experience and understanding of apprenticeships is desirable.

Job Offer

A starting salary of £34,841 plus an excellent benefits package including access to a civil service pension scheme.
