We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Talent Coordinator to join us, in one of London’s best locations, Soho.

This job is based front-of-house, meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephones, and managing the administrative functions across the office. It is a role that provides ownership and the ability to have an impact on the organization from day one. Moreover, you will also report directly to the CEO of the company on a regular basis.

This position is a full-time, office-based position.

Main Role Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for candidates and clients
  • Operate the telephone system effectively and professionally
  • Read on process/procedure changes
  • Coordinate events and participate where required
  • CV sourcing
  • Carry out research projects with a view to making recommendations for improvement
