Talent Acquisition Advisor - Banking

My client are a leading Commodities trading houses they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their London based team.

This role will focus on front, middle, back office, Data and Tech roles at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of end-to-end permanent, FTC and contractor recruitment processes
• Employer branding
• Ownership of graduate and internship recruitment
• Relationship building with key stakeholders, understanding hiring needs
• Maintenance of ATS
• Support on ad-hoc projects

Experience:

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Expert in relationship building with stakeholders at all levels
• Exposure to early careers/graduate recruitment
• Strong attention to detail
