Qualifications and Skills

Completed a recognised apprenticeship in carpentry.
Proven experience in all aspects of the trade.
Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and the ability to conduct risk assessments.

Desirable:

Experience working in remote or challenging locations.
Full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

Complete response maintenance tasks in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work legislation and safe work systems.
Maintain accurate documentation, including PPM reports, risk assessments, and material requests.
Perform building system maintenance and repair tasks.
