Salary: 36,000.00 - 38,000.00 per annum

We are looking for a Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all types of carpentry repairs, alongside additional trades such as basic plumbing, tiling and decorating, ensuring high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and planned works in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all work is completed to health and safety standards and complies with regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives
• Using a PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (preferred)
