The position is for an experienced Multi Trade Joiner to join a Voids Team in Kensington and Chelsea.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, totaling 36 hours per week.
The job involves carrying out building repairs, maintenance, and renewals on properties managed by the Council.
Candidates must have experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, along with an NVQ or equivalent in Joinery or a similar field.
A full driving license is required, and a company van and fuel card will be provided for the role.

The role -

To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from scheduled to emergency and other routine reactive repairs on properties looked after by the Council.

Repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties.

A van and fuel card are supplied with this post.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm.
