Are you an experienced housing professional with a strong background in managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and domestic abuse cases? We have an exciting interim opportunity for a Senior Housing ASB Officer to join a dynamic team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of residents.

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead on ASB and domestic abuse case management, ensuring risk assessments and interventions are carried out effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to safeguard residents and promote tenancy sustainment.
  • Provide expert advice on policy changes, legal frameworks, and best practices relating to ASB and domestic abuse.
  • Take appropriate enforcement action where necessary while ensuring a balanced approach to supporting vulnerable residents.
  • Represent the organisation in legal proceedings, preparing case files and giving evidence in court.

About You

  • Proven experience managing complex ASB and domestic abuse cases.
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy enforcement, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to assess risk and develop effective support plans for residents.
  • Experience working with multi-agency partnerships, including the police, social services, and legal teams.
  • A proactive approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
