Evening Legal Executive

£55,000 plus benefits

Our client, located in the heart of the City, is recruiting an Evening Legal Executive Assistant to join their team. The role operates from 5:30pm to 12:30am (35 hours per week or as required), with additional paid overtime. Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from home, reporting directly to the Secretarial Team Leader.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to assigned attorneys.
  • Managing the flow of correspondence and legal documents.
  • Handling client contact and billing.
  • Setting up and maintaining files and records.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of administrative duties, such as attorney travel details, expenses, and time entries.

Candidates must have strong documentation production experience and be proficient in word processing and firm-specific software. This includes Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, as well as systems like Chrome River, FileSite, Intapp, Legalkey, and any additional software as introduced.
