- Efficiently manage an administrative workload.
- Provide administrative support including file opening, telephone management, document production (including audio typing, managing voice recognition procedures, and outsourcing providers), filing/archiving, photocopying, email management, and handling posts.
- Correspond with clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
- Support business development and marketing activities, including booking facilities and refreshments, booking specialists, and preparing presentation materials.
- Actively engage with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role within a Litigation department.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet work demands.
