This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the Family team with administrative duties and serve as the first point of contact in their impressive offices.Position Overview: As a Family Legal Secretary, you will manage administrative tasks and provide comprehensive support to the Family team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess a proactive attitude.Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage an administrative workload.
  • Provide administrative support including file opening, telephone management, document production (including audio typing, managing voice recognition procedures, and outsourcing providers), filing/archiving, photocopying, email management, and handling post.
  • Correspond with clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
  • Support business development and marketing activities, including booking facilities and refreshments, booking specialists, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Actively engage with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role within a Family department
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet work demands
